We offer a range of support services to our existing clients. There are two basic levels of support, with complete flexibility of coverage within the two options:
Perhaps you have your own internal IT resource that cover most of your daily IT and infrastructure issues, but need more in-depth assistance now and then. With a retainer option, you are guaranteed a response on your issue within a given timeframe by a subject matter expert. You’ll receive simple, comprehensive answers to your IT problems. Think of it as a guaranteed expert on hand to give advice.
With this option, we take responsibility and ownership for your IT. Therefore, if something breaks, we get it fixed straight away. If you are a managed service customers, and we’re monitoring your network and we notice something’s not right, we’ll proactively get it fixed. And, of course, we’ll keep you informed.
Prices for support and retainer services depend on the level of service you need, and the size and configuration of your network. As a starting point, we’ll visit your premises to review your network, your support requirements, and your budget.
