Email Filtering Service
A comprehensive email monitoring and filtering service, including provision for business continuity
Email is the main access point through which outside data enters your company’s system. From spam to phishing emails containing malware and viruses, email is a target for those who stand to profit from these illegal activities.
Our Email Filtering Service gives you much more than your standard, on-site anti-virus software and is more cost-effective than other anti-spam filtering services.

It reduces the risk of an attack via email, but doesn’t eat into your system resources to do so. Armed with our service, your system will be secure AND fast.

Extra layer of security
On your firewall, we can close TCP port 25 to the world and only allow SMTP connections from our filtering service, thus reducing your internet footprint or surface area. Port 25 is the first place hackers look to see what software you have running. A compatible router/firewall is required. Plus, inbound and outbound SMTP email scanning gives you total protection.

Business Continuity
If your server goes down, mail is stored for you and users can log on individually to read, forward and reply to email. Users have access to all queued messages, and can respond to those messages, via a fully functional webmail in the control panel, during any outage.
SPF record configuration
Sender Policy Framework is a simple email-validation system designed to detect email spoofing. It provides a mechanism to allow receiving mail exchanges to check that incoming mail from a domain comes from a host authorised by that domain’s administrators.
Webserver Security Protocol Check
Not all webservers are secure, and can use weak SSL cyphers. Our free check will help identify whether your server is using weak SSL cyphers and keys, so that this can be fixed.
Comprehensive Firewall Verification
Firewall test to ensure your configuration only allows messages to and from the filtering service. This stops back-scatter spam.
